Server 2008 Standard: Where's My Virtual Product Key?
Not sure if this is the right forum to post this query, but here goes.... Bought a FPP Windows 2008 Server Standard, new, with COA and still in shrinkwrap. It only came with one Phys Product Key in it. Isn't it supposed to come with a Virt Product Key as well? Anyone knows how I can verify whether it's supposed come with both Phys & Virt Product Keys, or only with a Phys? Who do I need to contact if this was missed out? Thank you for your replies.

Hi, Do you want to enable Hyper-V and then create a Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition virtual machine on it? If so, you can use the same license to activate the VM. Best Regards, Vincent Hu
