Server 2008 Enterprise, SMTP Exit Module
I have configured the SMTP exit module for an online CA built on Server 2008 Enterprise according to the available documentation. All registry settings appear to be correct/valid. However, no email notifications are being delivered.
I found one article describing such a problem with Server 2003 Standard, but the article indicated it should not be a problem for Enterprise versions.
Do I have to do something to enable the SMTP exit module other than configure the appropriate registry settings?

Update: It does appear that the exit module is sendingsomemail. However, it does not appear to be arriving to the address set in the CC registry value for the various exit events.
