Server 2003 update issue

Hi Bibo, This problem can also be caused by the Symantec Endpoint Protection. Please first try Sainaths suggestions to delete the User Agent keys. If the problem continues and you have Symantec Endpoint Protection installed, please open the Network Threat Protection Setting in Symantec Endpoint Protection. Then turn off "Enable stealth mode Web browsing" under "Stealth Settings". After that, try to access Windows Update site again. Regards, Bruce
