Server 2003 has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009c (0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0xb2000000, 0x1040080f). Replaced UPS, Power supply, scanned, defragged and re-mirrored hard drives. Any clue?

It seems to be server crash issue, you may need to check this Kb article http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=162363&sd=RMVP or else analyze the crash dump file to analysis the root cause of the issue. Please contact Microsoft Customer Service directly so that the memory dump file can be analyzed and this issue can be resolved efficiently. In the prompt dialog box, uncheck the "Automatically restart" in the area of "System failure" 5. Click OK.
