Server 2003 Terminal Server License
I currently have Server 2003 which is also a Citrix Presentation Server for remote clients. We had a corrupt citrix database and had to aquire our license and rebuild. Citrix stated that the Windows updates that we did caused the database to become corrupt. That problem is fixed but now our terminal server license status is unknown. When I try to activate it states that there was an internal error and does not proceed with activation. This was an existing setup and no one knows where and documentation is. I have tracked down the citrix license and all 50 of our CAL license. I know little about terminal server license and my question would be is the CAL license the same as the terminal server license? If I remove my terminal license role in add and remove features and then reenable it, will this correct my issue? We currently have 44 clients listed under terminal server and I do not understand why it has been set up like this as there are only around 15 clients that use the software through citrix. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would solve this problem with Microsoft Activation center. Regards Milos
