Server 2003 R2 IIS issue (new install)
I have a new installation of Server 2003 R2 x64 as a guest on Hyper-V Server 2008 R2.
I believe I have an issue with IIS 6.0, it seems the first time I access any on my asp web sites it will load most of the website but I will always get an error message stating "access is denied".
IIS is running in 32-bit emulation mode, since the oracle client that we use requires this.
The old server that this server is replacing is on Server 2003 Web Server Edition on a Physical server (32-bit). Both of the servers are using the same Oracle servers and they both have the EXACT same files. However the first time I access an ASP website
on the new 2003 R2 server I will get the Access is Denined error message somewhere on the page; however
if I refresh the page everything works fine, with no errors! But if I create a new Internet Explorer session and access that same website again I will get the same access is denied error message somewhere on the page.
The interesting thing is that the old Server 2003 Web Edition does not have this problem.
Do you guys have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

I found the issue, it appears to be a dns issue within the domain.
All I did was rename the sites and they all worked.
Thanks for viewing.
