Server 2003 - Login Screen
Good morning, hope someone can help with my problem on a Server 2003:The login screen of my Server 2003 (works a a DC) appears like the following screenshot:http://www.woly.org/temp/anmeldemaske.pngThe problem occours when trying to login at the console as well as remote desktop login. Using the keyboard to type in username and password without seeing something let me do the login correctly.I just installed the latest drivers (It's a MSI board with onboard Intel Extreme Graphics 2 Card) but that changed nothing. Thanks!(Woly)

Hello Woly, I agree with Meinolf. If you cannot find another Windows Server 2003-based computer, please import the following registry key file (color.reg) into the problematic server. 1. Download the color.reg and copy it to the server. http://cid-26139043773c1011.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/.Public/Registry%20file/color.reg 2. Click Start, point to Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK. 3. On the File menu, click Import. 4. Double-click the color.reg file. 5. Quit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer. Hope this can be helpful. This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
