My server running MS Server 2003 is failing. We are a very small company and cannot justify the expense of upgrading our software at this time. Can I transfer my existing OEM License to a new virtual machine?

Hi,
The OEM version of Windows is based on BIOS, so you may not able to transfer the OEM license to virtual machine. For more information, please refer to
