Windows8-RT-KB3002657-x64.msu
Windows8-RT-KB3045171-x64.msu

Windows8-RT-KB3061518-x64.msu
Windows8-RT-KB3063858-x64.msu

Maybe you should try an offline updater.

Hi Gautam,

What's the version of the wsus server? Sometimes the error happens due to WSUS server being out of date. If you install WSUS 3.0SP2 then this may resolve your issue. It supports for server 2012 and windows 8.

I have seen random failures when secure boot is enabled.  If secure boot is enabled, try disabling it temporarily and retry the updates.

Hi Gautam,

My apology for that I have mistaken the environment that you have manually download the updates.

I searched the knowledge about the updates failure. For the Windows updates failure, there are many different reasons of the updates process failure. The effective way is that you could check related logs about the updates. All the process details will list in it.  When we install any windows update KBXXXXXX, a log file with same update KB name is created under c:\windows\ folder(you could set the location).

Since no all the updates have related logs, you could also use another tool DISM. It is also helpful for solve windows updates failure problem. DISM creates the CBS.log that captures any issues that the tool found or fixed.

Hi All,

I have got the solution,

This seemed to be a O/S Corruption in my OS. Post fixing the corruption the updates installed without any issue.

Actual solution for the answer:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/windows-update-error-8000ffff

Steps:

  1. Open the Registry Editor by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, typing regedit into the Search box, and then pressing ENTER. Administrator permission required If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  2. In the left pane, find and double-click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, and then click COMPONENTS.

  3. Right-click COMPONENTS, and then click Export. By default, this file is saved to your desktop, but you can choose any folder.

  4. In the File Name text box, type COMPONENTS. You have now created a back up copy of the registry values you're going to be removing.

  5. In the right pane, search for PendingXmlIdentifier, right-click it, and then click DeletePendingXmlIdentifier might not be listed.

  6. In the right pane, search for NextQueueEntryIndex, right-click it, and then click DeleteNextQueueEntryIndex might not be listed.

  7. In the right pane, search for AdvancedInstallersNeedResolving, right-click it, and then click Delete.AdvancedInstallersNeedResolving might not be listed.

  8. Restart your computer and then run Windows Update again.

I had raised another thread for that and below is the link:
