These 2 updates keep recurring (windows auto update). As soon as I've installed them they pop back up again. I am using a Vaio VGN-A intel pentium purchased 2004, windows XP home ed. SP3 with Norton 360. I am not a techie but very frustrated about this issue. Any help would be fab. Carol
