Security options disabled in permission properties
We have a Server 2008 standard edition,we have 3 partitions in my Hard disk, in one of the partition i cant able to set the permissions for administrator as well as domain users.

Hi, I would like to know which account you used to log on, if you are local admin of the computer, then you should have right to do that. But I also would like to know that why you want to change administrator right on the drive, it is not recommended, as local administrator management is not like normal users.
