Hi, If the issue continues, please perform the following suggestions: Suggestion 1: Enable "File Download" under Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet > Custom Level > Downloads > File Download Suggestion 2: Enable these 2 options under the "Miscellaneous" subsection in Security option. "Launching applications and unsafe files" and "Launching programs and files in an IFRAME". Best Regards, Vincent Hu

If the site really appear in trusted zone, you need to check Trusted Sites zone level. It should be Medium. If not:1) manually change settings as adviced Vincent Hu.2) change level to Medium.Let us know if this helps you.http://www.sysadmins.lv

As workaround - try to disable IE enhanced security configuration (in Add/Or Remove Programs -> Windows Components).http://www.sysadmins.lv

I've had a similar problem when trying to install adobe's flash. As it turned out, it was another domain the software was downloaded from which was not in my trusted zone. Maybe this could be an issue.Good business is where you find it. Trust will empower your Endeavour. Reliability and transparency shall form strong partnerships. Nothing exceeds lifes excess.
