Recently installed a server 2003 with Terminal services in application mode. Setup users to access this TS. Changed the group Users permissions to Full Control on a file.Every day when the users try to access the file they get an error and it is because the permissions has changed back to the default, does anyone have any explaination as to why this keeps happening?The structure of the folder is:C:\ \Data \Data \easyvend -FMD2009.mdb (this file needs full control for all users)

Enable auditing on the folder via the security tab and the advance button. You will need to enable auditing of object access in the local security policy as well.
