Securing a remote WMI connection

The 'remote launch' and 'remote activation' permissions section makes sense..

You are selecting based on a 'user'.

But the next section for 'remote access', the note in the section says to 'select ANONYMOUS LOGON' name..

?!

I need the DCOM privileges of remote 'access', 'launch' and 'activation' for a SPECIFIC USER.. not for 'ANONYMOUS LOGON'.

This makes no sense.

Can anyone iterate why the mention of 'ANONYMOUS LOGON' for the 'remote access' DCOM privilege ?
