(Secure Shell service) is a Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista/7/2008 service that provides the server side for secsh. Together these programs replace rlogin and rsh, and provide secure encrypted communications between two untrusted hosts over an insecure network. The programs are intended to be as easy to install and use as possible. http://www.mkssoftware.com/docs/man1/secshd.1.asp may be it came with some third party applications installed on the server. http://www.arabitpro.com
