Hi Jey,

According to your description, my understanding is that you got an error when you used Search in SharePoint 2013.

Please go to Search service administration page, do a Index Reset, then start a full crawl, compare the result.

If this issue still exists, please re-create the search proxy, compare the result.

We try to reset the search but no use. so we have planning with recreate the search services by delete the existing services.

When we try to create the New search service application, following error occurred:

"An unhandled exception occurred in the user interface.Exception Information: An object of the type Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPIisWebServiceApplicationPool named "newservices" already exists under the parent Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPIisWebServiceSettings named "SharePoint Web Services".  Rename your object or delete the existing object."

How to solve this issue?

Please let me know proper configuration of Search services.

Hi Jeym,

When you create the search service application, whether you used the same application pool for each of these services:

Search Admin Web Service and the Search Query and Site Settings Web Service.

Try specifying different application pool names for each of the mentioned services.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Wendy
