After update ScriptingAgentConfig.xml (welcome message, like http://blogs.technet.com/b/sukum/archive/2013/04/03/send-welcome-email-to-new-mailbox-users.aspx) SCOM starts write many times wrong diadnostic checks.
Configuration: 2 x Exchange 2010SP3 (DAG); SCOM 2012 R2 + MP Exchange 2010

1. Error occurred while executing the Test-ReplicationHealth diagnostic cmdlet. Provisioning layer initialization failed: '"Scripting Agent initialization failed: "Invalid configuration file C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin\CmdletExtensionAgents\ScriptingAgentConfig.xml: cannot find node xml.""'

2. Database copies failed on server. Server '***' has failed database copies. Please check the Context field of the alert to see the details.
