Script to Send Automatic Emails

Dear Guys,

     I have of patch task of which I need to send a notification emails to business owners to get their servers patched. this is a time consuming since we have many services and I need to send many many emails.

I have an excel sheet that have all data such as ( service name, owner name, owner email address, last time service being patched....etc)

  I need your help creating a script to send an automatic email to the business owner if his servers not being patched for more than 2 months. you help is really appreciated.

Word can easily do a mail merge from an Excel spreadsheet.  It is built into Office to do that.   Just post in Office user forum to find out how to use Microsoft Office too send mail merged emails from Office products.
