Scom subsriber shedule except from

Hi,

I have problem. When I set shedule time except from 0:10 am to 1:20 am, scom not send emails to subscriber whole day.

SCOM has all updates.

Is this a new subscription, new smtp channel?

Can you confirm first that the SMTP Channel is working fine?

You may wish to use this to verify that the setup is working fine.

Troubleshooting tips
1) Remove subscriber schedule to check whether email notification is working or not
2) If email notification is not woking, pls. refer the following for troubleshoot
a) You may refer to the Kevin Holman blog for configuration mail notification  http://blogs.technet.com/b/kevinholman/archive/2012/04/28/opsmgr-2012-configure-notifications.aspx
 b) check email channel setting
 i) SMTP server is correct and make sure that your smtp server allow your management server to relay the email message
 ii) Authentication is correct
 c) Check subscription especially subscription criteria
