I am trying to automatically save an excel workbook after a specific paste action. So when the user paste this information into excel, the workbook automatically saves keeping the updated information.

In Word or Excel, we can only use AutoRecover function to let it automatically save in x minutes.

If you need a real-time save option, I think OneNote could help on this, as it will save the information you pasted once you input and store in cloud.
