I'm able to communicate with the server (Win2k3 std) through ping command but unable to take RDP from my end and i want to reboot the server in safe mode but remotely... What should i do?Please reply...

why do you want to reboot the server in "safe mode" remotely?use commandShutdown -iyou will get teh GUI screen connect to the server and reboot.more if you want to logon in safe mode you need to use the server's tool like ILO if its HP, Dell open view if its DELL etc .
