I cannot get my safe mode to come up on my screen when I hit the F8 key at startup. A black window comes up and wants my system password. I do that and when the computer comes on another window comes up and won't show my desk top or my start button or anything. it says that it cannot connect to the internet explorer web page. How do I get this off of my computer so it will start right...?
