This error can be there if there is a parameter at your dataset level. Check it.

According to your description, you dont use any parameters in your report, but get an error One or more parameters required to run the report have not been specified, right? 

In our local environment, we have tested this scenario and find the reason occurring this error. In your scenario, are you using a shared dataset in your report? If so, please open the shared dataset and go to Parameters tab, then delete invalid parameter or pass null as parameter default value.
