SSPR unsucessfull attempt

Can anyone please suggest me for the below question.

How to get the unsucessfull password reset attempt on AD using FIM or any other supported custom development.?

How to get no of attempt of unsucessfull/ wrong answer of security question during the SSPR using FIM?

look for FIM's All Requests and find those that are not Completed ?
