SSIS package connections manager issue.

I have developed a SSIS package and deployed on to server, but when I try to execute the package using Execute Package Utility I cannot see Connections, how to add connections to the package.

Version is SQL Server 2012  with SP1.

Usually when we deploy the package to the server we use SQL agent to schedule the job execution. I am wondering why u need to exec it via utility.
