yes you can. there are many options available, the best would be to use the Dataflow task in SSIS to move data from your source DW to the target DW.

However

I see you asking a lot of questions about a NAV upgrade and migration. This can be a very complicated process and not something a blog is going to solve for you. I'd suggest you get someone who can guide you through the process (Yes this costs money but this is something that can really go wrong very quickly if not done right)
