We are purchasing SQL server enterprise 2014  and it's quite pricey. Eitherway we have to purchase it.

Could you kindly advise me on the issues below

1. Are we not supposed to receive the installation media disc from Microsoft supplier we are using as well?, besides the licenses file.Or the only available media option is download?. If the only way I can is download please assist me with links for SQL server enterprise 2014

2. Licensing,  Will the below  cover upto 16 cores... If not how many licenses do we require of such for it to cover upto 16 cores.
