SQL SERVER 2014 CONFIGURATION TO WORK WITH LAN

I have a problem in configuring an sql server 2014 to server other computers that is connected in my server machine in a small network.... and also how the other computers to have a access to the server machine.. 

  please help me guys...   I'm using VB.net 12 and SQL SERVER 2014 and my machine in running windows 8.1...  please help me in this problem...

Is there a domain created? If yes, are the machines in same domain?
