SQL Informational treated as Error?

I'm working with Azure SQL Full Text Search, and when using SSMS I can execute a test query that returns data but also returns an Informational message.

When I attempt the same query using SQLSRV in PHP, the Informational message is being handled as an error and the data is not being returned.  I tried setting WarningsReturnAsErrors to zero, but it appears to have no impact.

I suspect this is a bug in SQLSRV as I can't seem to find any way to ignore this Informational message and allow processing to continue.
