SQL Database Recovery

Hi,

We have accidentally deleted a database from SQL server. Then we have used NTFS file recovery tools such as R-Studio and scanned the entire drive. As a result of the scanning process we found a set of MDF files. Then we tried to attach the MDF files using SQL Management Studio. While doing so we got an error stating "MDF File is corrupted". Then we purchased a "Kernel for SQL Database" tool and opened the MDF file using that. We were able to recover only partial data. Is there any way that we can recover the full data from the MDF files.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

If the MDF file is corrupted, there would not be any guarantee to get your data intact completely. If you have not taken a backup of data, then you are in trouble. Otherwise, you can restore the old backup and compare the data that you could retrive from the third party tool and sync, having said, no guarantee on your data purity.

Hey Sairams,

I am agree with Latheesh, because a data recovery tool has some limits and the recovery of data depends upon the corruption (partial or greater).

In past same issue happened with my friend then the issue was resolved by Kernel Recovery Lab.

I recommend you to contact Kernel Support Team for the instant and safe recovery of your SQL Database.

The answer has been given for the problem, here is some hints.

Open your browser, go to your favorite search engine and starting searching on different phrases like:

How to repair corrupt mdf file
MDF repair software download
Data recovery from corrupt mdf file

You will have enough information to go for and have option for choosing the best SQL database recovery software.

And the amount of data recovered by software is directly proportion to the level of corruption, so sometimes you have 100% data back and sometimes not!!!

Here are some popular software in this category are:

If you lose your SQL Database file and cant be able to repair and recover them then try our SQL Database Recovery software which is designed to fix severely corrupted database files (MDF) of SQL Server.  This software efficiently recovers all the possible data from inaccessible MDF files which are created using MS SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008.

It also scans damaged MDF file within a click and displays all the recovered tables including objects such as views, triggers, etc. The software quickly recovers all data types and objects from corrupt SQL database files.

There are so many third party software also present in Web that can easily fix any kind of MDF corruption issues of SQL database, you should try to use any one to solve your issues. I would like to recommend RecoveryFix for SQL Database that repairs all damaged MDF files within seconds. For more visit http://www.mdfrecovery.net/ or*http://www.mdf.repairsqlserver.net*

This is a blatant lie. All corruptions are more or less unique, and writing a tool that fixes any unforseen corruption is impossible. Even less so without data loss. And even less in a second if we are talking about a 1TB database (which is not an extreme size by today's standards).

Sure, a tool like this can certainly repair *some* errors, and if the tool is will to take more risks, it may also be able to repair errors that DBCC raises the white flag on. Just don't expect miracles.

Any kind of corrupion? So if the database has been flattened to all zeroes, you can still recover it?

I have said this before to similar posts: these recovery products may be able to repair corruption, but never believe in any guarantees, because there can never be any. No, I have not tried any of these products, but I have understanding of what a corruption can cause, and how randomly it can strike.

I suggest you to use SQL database recovery software that is specially designed for such purposes. You can try their demo version and they apparently show you the recovered database, and if you do see your deleted tables then you can safely save them too.
