Trying to access data in an Azure table which has been written to using iOS SDK.

JDBC connection only gives "Network error IOException: Connection refused" 

I have setup up the firewall settings for the machine IP. 

Any clues appreciated.

Port 1433 now unblocked so connection not refused but still timeout via JDBC
