Please verify the path where SQL Server is installed, or where the data and log folders are located.

Silent, unattended installation from the command line. In my ConfigurationFile, I had INSTALLSHAREDDIR="D:\MSSQL\Data\". Trying now with INSTALLSHAREDDIR="D:\MSSQL\Data\\". I learned the following:

•    /INSTANCEDIR=c:\PathName is supported.
•    /INSTANCEDIR=c:\PathName\ is supported
•    /INSTANCEDIR="c:\PathName\\" is supported.
•    /INSTANCEDIR="c:\PathName\" is not supported.

I will provide results soon.
