SMB encrypted drives with DirectAccess?

Hi

I enabled SMB encryption on some shares. We use DirectAccess (DA) on our Laptops. Server is running 2012 and Clients are Windows 8.1. So Server and Client using SMB 3.0. Everything is working like it should, but when my employees use DirectAccess and want to access share then they see nothing. Just an empty folder. Is it possible to use DA and SMB 3.0 at the same time?

Is there error message in the Event Log? You could refer to the article below to troubleshoot the DirectAccess issue.
