Today i discovered new thing While configuring SLA.
SCSM not able to recognized the Affected user City property in Queue.
If we removed the City property from Queue, SLA start to keep apply on the tickets.
Is this is the default behav

Thanks for sharing the article. But here the Question is not related to SLA configuration or troubleshooting. Here SLA is not able to Recognized the Affected User property mentioned in Queue. If we removed the User property from it, It's start keep applying !!

After some depth troubleshooting I found, If we add More than three criteria in Queue, SLA stop's to applying on the tickets.
Is anyone there who faces the same issue.
