hello sir, i am trying to install srver 2003r2 on dell server on scsi disk but when i try to boot from cd it gives window setup blue scrren and then not any process. pls help me how i install server 2003r2.

Dell servers are usually shipped with a bootable CD called open manager you should boot through that cd and performs the installation. If you you boot with normal Windows 2003 OEM edtiotion you will end up facing lot of hardware compatibility issues usually due to drivers. http://www.virmansec.com/blogs/skhairuddin

Hello, Do as Syed Said. You need Dell Bootable CD Open Manager to deploy OS and also make sure PERC5i RAID controller is configured during the boot process from BIOS. You can check on Dell web site. You can download ISO image. Thanks
