SEFAUTIL.EXE is not showing any output while assigning a delegate and also its not doing anything

Hi I am running this command but it is not showing any output:

SEFAUtil.exe /server:pool.nam.pet.choudhurybari.com sip:nabin.choudhury@choudhurybari.com /adddelegate:kamal.choudhury@choudhurybari.com /simulringdelegates

Please help.
