SEARCH PROVIDER DEFAULT
ok every single time I open IE8 i get the search provider default box pop up and no matter what i try it wont go away....what other info would you need to even help? I'm running win7 os on a acertouch desktop computer...

Hi Thanks for posting here. Please check if it worked with disable option “Add a specific list if search providers to the user's search provider list” via group policy. · Perform “gpedit.msc” on your client. · Navigate to ”Computer Configuration\administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer” · Double click option “Add a specific list if search providers to the user's search provider list” and disable it. · Close group policy editor ,and perform “gpupdate /force” This post appears to be related to Internet Explorer.
