Hi ,

whenever i try to open Relase record work space from system center service manager console,

the console get crash.detailed error report is attached.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Very likely you have a version mismatch between your console and your server, or your console has an incomplely applied patch; either condition could cause a dehydrated type projection to fail find a method in the console's binaries. 

Apply the most recent patch to the console and check the behavior. if the behavior persists, consider repairing or reinstalling the console.
