SCSM Client Authentication Error

Occasionally we are having connection issues to the SCSM server from the client consoles. Insufficent Privileges. Cannot connect to the server. When we restart the server, the problem resolves. The error log is below:

When you get these errors, can you connect to Service Manager from the console on the mgmt. server?

Yes I can succesfully connect to the console from the SCSM server.

And for it to function normally again, you will have to restart the whole server? It isn't enough to simple restart the Service Manager services (well, the System Center Data Access Service should be enough really)?

If it isn't enough to restart the Service Manager services, I would start troubleshooting the server itself. There's no AD related issues? Like time errors?
