I am facing issue with SMportal in my test environment.I am able to access the Site in the SharePoint installed server without issues, But content is not showing when i access this site in other machines in the same daomain.

Can you access the content server directly? are there any SSL issues? consider looking through the most common issues with the portal and see if any of them fit your behavior.

I have seen a similar issue like this before.  Have you tried Disable Loopback fix?

I had the same problem, and the solution was quite simple.

Open SCSMWebContentServer in IIS

  Authentication> Windows Authentication> Providers Move the NTLM up, and turn the issreset.

 Try accessing the Portal again.
