SCSM 2012 notification problems
Im having some issues setting up notifications on an SCSM 2012 sp1 deployment Im working on. Most times work items fail to trigger notification and then sometime they do. The most problematic being the service request ones. I have tried all manner of methods but still falling short. I tried doing it via workflows then via subscriptions. Im currently trying out sending notifications via custom MP's but that is also not giving repeatable results.
The requirements for notification are as below

End user
1.       Notify for successful logged incident
2.       Notify for successful call closure
3.       If the call is put on hold get notification

IT personnel

1.       Notify that the fault has been logged for them
2.       SLA breaching

All these notifications should be possible to make, though the "notify it personnel of fault" needs to be done with a custom relationship subscriptions inside the management pack.

Please show us the exact details of how you have set these notifications up (what are the target class / criteria etc.) and which notifications in particular are not working?

Also you should install the latest Update Rollup of SCSM 2012 SP1 (if it's not done already).
