SCSM 2012 SP1 and Lync 2013 presence
Anybody else running SCSM 2012 SP1 and Lync 2013?
The user presence on the SCSM console is always grayed out, regardless if I'm connected to Lync or not (I can't even see my own presence).
I only have the Lync 2013 client installed.

Did you ever figure this out? Is it related to 32bit version of Lync?

Today, I received confirmation from our premier support account manager - SCSM 2012 SP1 (CU1, CU2) not working with Lync 2013. Workaround - use Lync 2010. And he told, that he can not find info about future for this bug. May be it will be fixed in the
R2.

I just upgraded to R2 and presence is still grayed out

What nonsense ! Why put on the market products that are not compatible with other products of the same vendor !

we're having the same issue here. SC'12 R2 suite still not working with Lync 2013. :(
