SCSM 2012 - Service Requests and Configuration Items

Hi

I was wondering if it was possible to automatically populate a Service Request with any of the affected users associated configuration item/s, like seen within Incidents?

Hi Jeff,

You can do this request with custom workflow.

With this workflow, you can add Users CI as Affected configuration item to SR.
