SCOM stopped working

I have an issue with SCOM 2012 R2

it has stopped working and not sure what has caused it, or how to fix it.

System Center Data access service starts, and then stops

emails are still working with scom alerts

error -

Failed to update database "OperationsManagerDQ" because the database is read only

database isn't read only however

error -

failed to create AppDomain "OperationsManager.dbo

Not enough storage is available to process this command

1) Please check the operations manager DB free disk space whether it is full, its autogrowth is turn off by default.

2) Also check the log file whether it is full

3) Also check the hard disk , containing operations manager DB and log file, free disk space to make sure that the HD has capacity.

1. OperationsManager Size 2.3gb, free space 305mb - limited 3gb

OperationsManagerDW Size 27gb, free space 3gb - unlimited

2. OperationsManager log 825mb - limit 1gb

OperationsManagerDW log 500mb - limited 2gb

3. Db disk space free 21.8gb

log disk space free 20gb

Hi

Check your OperationsManager DB size and make sure it has at least 50% of free space internally http://stefanroth.net/2012/06/26/scom-check-size-of-databases-sql-standard-reports/ and there is enough disk space for your dbs also check all your DB settings http://stefanroth.net/2012/02/28/system-center-sql-server-2008-r2-performance-tuning/ .

database sizes and setup seems fine

still getting the errors

Failed to store data in the Data Warehouse. The operation will be retried

Exception 'SqlException': Failed to update database "OperationsManagerDW" because the database is read-only.

1) Make sure SQL Data directory or any contained files does not have file system attribute Read-only set.
 2) Make sure the scom data writer account has modify control over the SQL Data directory.

3) make sure that scom data writer has permission o writing data on operations manager DW

1 - not read only

2 - has modify control

3 - has owner permissions

uninstalled completely

installed from scratch.. worked ok for a day, then errors again

Not enough storage is available to process this command
