I want to create SCOM Visio Dashboard and integrate this to SharePoint, for this i am following below article 

I have Sharepoint Standard Server Installed, and as per article i have to enable the Visio Graphics Service  

in Farm Configuration , but in my Sharepoint Central Administration Site Configuration there is no any Visio Graphics Serviceoption  under farm configuration, so how can I do this , or I need to have Sharepoint Enterprise Server for using this features

Unfortunately you need an enterprise CAL For Visio in Sharepoint. Embedded SCOM visio Dashboards wont work on standard.

Yes, you need to have SP Enterprise version for that feature
