I used SCOM SDK for getting data from C# code. But i don't have idea how can i get Notifications data, such as Email Notification Channel, Subscribers and Subsscriptions. Can you help me?

Thank you for replay, but it's for create and set dana in Notification Subscriptions, i need get data from configure notification subscriptions.

Set your notification channel and the subscriber through administration portal.

Just check the rule/monitor you are using to get data for c# code. 

Create subscription for the rule/monitor using the channel and subscriber.

It should solve your query.
