          I have SCOM 2012 R2 UR6 environment, it's using SQL 2012 SP1 Availability Group in backend.

          So the Recovery Model is full for both OpsDB and OpsDW. 

Query: Operations Datawarehouse transaction is log full within 2 days of installation (it's 20GB). I have 150 Windows & Network devices to Monitor, Help me with the best practice.

Either you have a problem with the log shipping or you need to backup the transaction log. Have a chat with one of your SQL DBAs and they will be able to fix this.
