SCOM Management Server turned Grey

Hi

I'm pretty new to SCOM 2012 and everything has been working fine for a couple of weeks but today my SCOM 2012 R2 Management Server (I only have one) has turned Grey and I get the errors below.

Where do I start even looking to resolve this? Event viewer does list any Warnings or Critical errors either.

Thanks

RunAs account for 'Default Action Account' is using a Domain Account (not locked out).

I don't know if this error is related but I get this on the Alerts tab for the SQL Server:

It seems that the state turns Grey after 60 secs (the heartbeat interval):

Also check if some one has put the MS in maintenance mode or some thing ?

If it is not in maintenance mode then put it in maintenance mode for 30 minutes and see after 30 minutes if it comes green ?

If things were working before and no changes on the firewall were implemented then that is irrelevant.

did you install any 3rd-party management pack recently, I would review that . also , did you start monitoring new network devices ( big number of them( . I would also check the SQL events , I have seen this issue happening before because of data warehouse problems
