That version is for SCOM 2007 R2 - Cumulative Update 2: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/979490.  Is there a reason you are looking for that specific version? We would certainly recommend the latest CU for SCOM 2007 R2: https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2783850. Once you apply the CU update (specifically the SCX .msp package) to your Mgmt Servers and Gateways, the agents can be found in the SCOM program files directory under \Agents\UnixAgents and are available for installation with the discovery wizard or upgrade through the Administration pane of the OpsConsole

When you import Solaris 10 MP and Solaris Library, you can find the most updated Solaris agent under the c:\rogram files\System Center 2012\Operations Manager\Server\AgentManagement\UnixAgents\DownloaderKits.

For Agent of Solaris, you can deploy agent automatic from Management console.

If you will deploy it manually, you will find it on path c:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\AgentManagement\UnixAgents

Note: You required version of Unix Agent, it's old and you need to upgrade your SCOM 2007 to Last cumulative update.
