I'm new to SCOM and I need an older version of certain managment packs, not the version that is currently available online to download. How can I find older versions of mps OR how can I export a sealed mp from SCOM 2012?

Finding older versions is going to be tough and probably not worth it at all. You can export your mps from SCOM with a power shell command.
